Wake up to cool temperatures unique to Fraser's Hill, one of the 3 Malaysian highlands in Peninsular Malaysia. (The other 2 are Genting & Cameron Highlands.) It is also the most natural highlands with very little manmade structures yet surrounded by the tropical highland forest. Take in the sunny views in the day and enjoy the cool hill breeze by the night. ****** We collect a RM200 refundable security deposit via Airbnb. Deposit covers noise disturbance offence / loss or damages/ non-compliance to house rules. Deposit is refunded 24 hours after check-out if there are no incidental costs. ****** • OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 : Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While we take every precaution to ensure Colonie is clean - we still recommend that you practice safe social distancing and thorough hand washing during your stay! Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the apartments. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed entry. • COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING COMPLIANCE : In compliance with government guidelines, all guests (including children) are required to provide full names + contact details and have their temperature taken before entering Silverpark / Colonie premises. Please provide details to your host @ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to ensure a smooth check-in. • WHAT TO DO Enjoy some breakfast in the tranquility of the morning or watch the clouds/world go by before setting about your day. Fraser's Hill is perfect for hiking, walking, cycling, nature sightseeing and birdwatching! And after a hectic day of doing nothing except breathing in very fresh air, tree-sighting and looking out for the legendary rumoured highland leopard, relax and enjoy the company of your family and friends. Habitat is perfect for small groups having serious discussions about nothing or sit in perfect silence and identify the various night calls from the inhabitants of the forest just steps away . :) Habitat provides guests with :- • 2 Bedrooms with 1 comfortable King-sized & 3 Single-sized beds (sleeps 5). • The master bedroom has one king-sized beds with en-suite bath. • The other bedroom has three single-sized bed. • The master en-suite & shared bathrooms comes with heated showers. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body soap are provided • One hairdryer • Kitchen is equipped with the following :- • One-door Fridge with internal Freezer compartment • Small Toaster Oven • Electric Kettle • Electric Steamboat Hotpot • Rice cooker • Basic kitchen utensils such as can opener, knifes, scissors etc • Basic cleaning equipment such as dishwash paste, kitchen cloths, broom and dustpan. • Cutleries, glasses, plates, bowls for 5 people NOTES : Food & related ingredients / spices / oils are guest's own. Please prepare socks / thick sweater to wear indoors as the temperature has been known to drop drastically at night especially during rainy season. Please be aware of our 'no noise' & 'pork-free' policy at ALL times. Habitat cannot be used for parties or noisy gatherings. Peace and tranquility is much appreciated and sought after in Fraser's Hill. Habitat is located at an apartment building and we respect our neighbours' privacy and right to enjoy the tranquility of Fraser's Hill.
