Large number of Multi cuisine restaurants and fast food joints are situated within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Public transportation is available close by. Cummins India Office is a short ten minute walk. Located less than a kilometer from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway / Mumbai Banaglore Highway, idealplace to stay if your itinerary includes visits to / from Mumbai or Satara etc. by road. The space and the apartment are located in a very quiet neighborhood for rest and relaxation and yet are very close to commercial activity such as offices, shops, restaurants etc.. the complex has a small shared swimming pool and a gym which can be used by the guests. There are a number of speciality restaurants as well as fast food chain stores such as Mcdonalds, Subway, KFC, CCD etc. - all within 10 minutes walking distance. A large number of Restaurants also have home delivery facility. There is a large Super Market also within 10 minutes walking distance. Guests are welcome to use the adjacent living come dining area in addition to their room. If the room has a private balcony overlooking a park which too can be used by the guests. Yes. either one of the couple will be there on a daily basis during the guest's stay. Located in a residential complex just off an arterial road, it is ideal for business/leisure travelers, particularly if they need to get quickly to Mumbai by road ( about 3 hours ). Place is close to many restaurants and fast food chain outlets, many of whom also have doorstep delivery facility. Parking for one vehicle can be made available inside the complex (upon request and subject to availability). Place has a city bus stop and auto rickshaw stand close by. Auto Rickshaws of Pune typically do not operate on meters and test your bargainig skills. Public cab services ( flag down or radio) in Pune are far from satisfactory. However, services of App based cabs such as Uber or Ola are available and good. First time visitors would be well advised not to depend on public transport. This place is very close to an arterial road ( Baner Road ) which is well connected to the main city center on one side, and the Mumbai Expressway / Mumbai - Bangalore High way and business hubs along those roads on the other side. The property is very close to Balewadi Sports Complex. Life Republic is also not too far. we welcome only couples and female guests.
