Welcome to my home in fantastic New Plymouth! It's a 5 min drive to down town, 2 min drive to the Port & Coastal walkway and a 2 min walk to the Moturoa shops. It's a 15-20 min drive to the airport. I'm a single, self-employed, friendly guy who enjoys meeting new people, but also respects privacy. My home is safe, secure and a pleasant place to be. My place is a warm, dry and clean 3 bedroom house with a sunny guest room I'd like to offer to visitors. There is a dedicated, off-road parking space for guests, and the private room is well appointed with a 45 inch TV with Chromecast for your use. You'd share a nice bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area, with the kitchen being fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven & cook top, fridge & freezer, cutlery & crockery and pots & pans) if you wish to prepare your own meals. There's a sunny outside deck area and a swimming pool for the summer for your use. My lower section is an extensive garden & orchard where I keep my chooks and beehives. I have a cat who is either friendly or snooty - depending on her mood! Unlimited WIFI is there for your use. I am out and about most days and home at night. I am readily available on mobile phone or via email. This is a friendly and safe neighbor-hood close to the Coastal Walkway, the CBD and the Port. The local shops are a 2 minute walk. New Plymouth has all the services you would need in and around the CBD, including restaurants, cafes and bars. We can talk about sharing meals as well if you feel like good home cooking! Local buses operate in New Plymouth and a service runs from the local stop at the Moturoa shops. You can find the local bus timetable at at the Taranaki Regional Council website. UBER and local Taxi companies also operate in New Plymouth. Smoking outside only please. Please - no heavy drinking or drugs. If you could also just let me know if you're expecting visitors.
