Contemporary villa with swimming-pool, on the beach of Trou-d'Eau-Douce, opposite "Ile-aux-Cerfs" and facing South East, villa Anaso has several cards in hand. It perfectly combines the tranquil atmosphere of a fishermen village, the numerous possibilities of excursions and nautical activities and the proximity of essential retail outlets, namely a large supermarket at a mere 15-minute drive. The sunbed inveterate as well as the tireless golfers will be both delighted by the easiness of access to the heavenly beaches and the 18-hole golf course of Ile-aux-Cerfs. In winter time, the kitesurfers will find a large playground just outside the villa’s garden. The villa is superbly decorated and fully-equipped. The pool area combining with the bar on the kitchen counter is ideal for pre-meal drinks and for barbecues while the inside sitting and dining areas offer zones of comfort; The separated TV room adds to the the comfort of the living areas. Each bedroom (2 double and 1 twin, all air-conditioned) has an en-suite bathroom. On ground-floor, a 4th bathroom with toilets. Both double bedrooms open onto a sea-facing balcony while the twin bedroom has a partial sea-view. Service is handled by Sylvie and son Michael. Their duties consist of cleaning, washing, ironing and the preparation of one meal a day. They remain at your disposal for the optimisation of your comfort during your stay. Guests are welcomed by ourselves at a pre-agreed time, to be reconfirmed by a compulsory phone call by the guest upon leaving the airport. Beforehand, detailed explanations and an electronic map and co-ordinates are sent to the guests. The easiest way remains opting for our transfer service who will effortlessly take you to the villa or else rent a car with our partner rental company who will indicate the villa on the car's GPS. All guests are welcomed by ourselves before being left in privacy while we remain on call The neighbourhood is purely residential with some luxury hotels and the famous “Ile aux Cerfs” opposite the bay. A few golf courses nearby. Very peaceful and quiet. A few restaurants within 3 minutes drive in the village of Trou d’Eau Douce and a major supermarket can be reached in 15 minutes. Public transport is fun to use as a folkloric tourist experience but will not take one very far. Renting a car is highly recommended except for those who prefer to sit back in our taxi or minivan. 2 parking spaces are provided within the premises.
