The perfect place to enjoy in Istria is our lovely stone house, which offer you 2 separate appartments. Appartment on the 1st floor offer staying for 5 persons. Studio on the ground floor offer comfortable staying for 4 persons. Peacefully located in the surroundings of vineyards, Apartments San Roko has a large green garden and provides satellite TV and kitchen facilities for all its units. It is 3 km from Potpićan, where you can find a mini-market and the nearest restaurant. Accommodation will provide you with a fridge and a coffee machine. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. In the garden there are childrens playground. For any additional information required we are always at guests full disposal, so don 't hasitate to contact us. The atmosphere is very privat. In the house there are 2 appartment for rent and one for us/owners. We are spending at place our free time. Each appartment have own/separate entrance. The house is min.300 m distant from the next house, so the neighborhood is very quiet. Nearest beach is in Plomin, 13 km from the San Roko, while the popular town of Rabac is 24 km away. Large parking always aviable.
