Included with your stay is full access to Maenporth Estate's huge leisure centre with pool, spa jacuzzi, sauna, changing rooms with showers, tennis, indoor games and 29 acres of beautiful mature exotic gardens. There is also a kids playground and football area, communal BBQ area and EV charging points available free of charge near the leisure centre. Everything is close by and walkable. Free allocated parking is provided on the estate, The beach is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The leisure centre is around a 1 minute walk from the apartment. We live locally and can help with anything you need. You will have the property to yourself and will not be disturbed. A car is recommended for trips further afield and shopping etc. Local taxis are available for evening excursions to Falmouth where there are plenty of vibrant cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. Falmouth is around 3 miles away and has a Sainsburys, large Asda and 2 Tesco stores. Truro is a 1/2 hour away and also has a Waitrose and a Marks & Spencers. There is a train from Falmouth to Truro. Ferries run from Falmouth to Flushing, St Mawes and the Helford. There is free parking on Maenporth estate and EV chargers are available.
