Yarramalong Valley is the perfect place for a romantic or peaceful getaway, for either singles, couples or a family. The Cottage is fully self-contained although it is attached to the main house you will have your privacy. The views from your balcony are breathtaking. Note: Fun based Equine groundwork Programs are available at the ranch for individuals, couples and families also a Ranch retreat life skills program are also be available, contact Greg & Dawn for details and pricing Located just 45 mins from Wahroonga set in the beautiful and tranquil Yarramalong Valley this cottage is perfect for either a romantic getaway or as a base for an activity filled family holiday. The cottage is situated on a horse ranch and whilst attached to the main house is totally private with its own entrance and veranda. The Yarramalong Valley is on the edge of the Watagan State Forest where you can bush walk experiencing wallaby’s, wombat’s, lyre birds and bush turkeys who make the most of the surrounding bush, or you can simply sit on your veranda whilst waiting for the breath taking blanket of stars to come out. Guest access The cottage has a large bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds with all bedding provided. Also for that 5th extra guest there is double bed spring floor mattress provided for a small fee with linen and bedding, also there are extra blankets and pillows. In the main living area there is a leather lounge suite as well as 2 x single chairs, dining table, widescreen TV with satellite including many DVD's for kids and adults also jigsaw puzzles games. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the basics, a basic welcome basket including jam and local honey, cereal, milk is provided for your first morning, salt/pepper/oil, detergents and cloths. Laundry facilities are also available in the cottage. With ducted air conditioning the cottage is perfect for both winter and summer holidays, there are Optus and Telstra towers mobile coverage, where as not super strong in the cottage, it can be accessed on the verandah and car parking area, Dawn and Greg make mobile calls from their home. Telstra Wi-Fi is provided and is accessed from the lounge, it’s not super fast as most of the valley is . The private veranda has a BBQ and table setting for dining outside to make the most of the views.  Unless we are out we are there to answer your questions.
