The Main section of the home has 2 bedrooms, the main with Queen bed and the second room with 2 singles. Large open plan living area from the fully equipped Kitchen, dining room, lounge room with large TV and Air Conditioning which leads out onto the incredible front deck through large sliding glass doors bringing the Ocean into the home. The second part of the home, has 3 bedrooms all with Queen beds. Downstairs is one bedroom, a TV/lounge area and separate toilet. Upstairs has two bedrooms with full bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows to allow the fresh Ocean breeze to flow through the home. This beautiful property has a luxurious feel, using high quality furnishings that will guarantee you feel relaxed and looked after. A large 3 bay lock up shed provides plenty of room for cars, a large boat or other toys you may wish to bring. Large lush grassed areas in the front and rear provide for the perfect game of backyard cricket or football with the family. Oaks beach is a well known nesting area for the Loggerhead Turtles, During the months of November through to March we passionately ask our guests to reduce light omission to avoid impacting on this precious circle of life. You may also be lucky enough to witness these events under the guidance of rangers or volunteers during that time. The property is managed by Bargara Holiday Rentals which operates from the Reception at Grand Mercure C Bargara Resort entry opposite 39 See Street Bargara. Reception is open Mon - Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sat 8:00am to 12 midday and Sunday 8:30am to 10:00am. Beyond these times after hours support is available 24/7 for urgent outside hours requirements. The property is located minutes away from the Burnett Heads shopping centre, bakery and other conveniences including the Lighthouse Hotel that has a great family Bistro. Minutes away from the Burnett Heads/Bundaberg Port Marina for departures on Lady Musgrave Experience, to visit the Reef or go Whale WatchingShort drive back into Bargara or into Bundaberg. Endless pathways are just across the road, to the North you can walk/ride to the Port Marina, to the south you can walk through and past the Mon Repos Conservation Park onto Bargara taking in breath taking sights along the coastline. During the months of July to October you will likely see the Humpback Whales & Calves splashing around just offshore. Whilst our cancellation policy is strict, if you are unable to travel given COVID restrictions we will work with you for a suitable date change and if required a full refund. This may require evidence to be provided to confirm the inability to travel is directly impacted by COVID.
