대형평형 아파트로 주차장이 아주 넓어요.주차 걱정 하실 필요 없어요. 저희 부부만 살고 있구요~ 게스트룸과 호스트는 멀리 떨어져 있는 구조라서 지내시기에 좋습니다. 침실에는 침대와 긴책상 텔레비젼 옷장 화장대 에어컨 있습니다 냉장고에 물건 넣어 두셔도 되고, 정수기 물 편하게 드세요. *부엌에서 요리는 안되세요. (가져오신 음식은 방에서 드실수 있습니다) 그리고 화장실은 단독사용이지만 다른분게스트와 함께 있을시에 공동 사용입니다♡♡ *세탁기 사용 5.000 *건조기 사용 5.000 (일주일이상 장기 투숙객은 무료) **모든 침구류는 호스트가 직접 세탁 관리 합니다. Hello. I’m pleased  to introduce my home to you. I live with my husband and have 3 rooms that are currently not in use. The rooms are always kept clean and we can provide blankets for families visiting. Our house is very clean and quiet so it wouldn’t disturb the guests at all. I am not very fluent in speaking but I’m able to communicate using basic english. Please reserve if you want to have a good time in Korea. We will treat our guests like our family members ^^. You may use the restroom alone. However, when there are other guests, the restroom may be shared with other people. Laundries and drying machines are available and feel free to use the living room too. You may also use the kitchen to cook your for yourself. My home is located 12minutes away (by walking) from 신분당선 성복역 and there are also lots of restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), bakeries, and cafes near our home. For leisure, use could visit public baths, beauty shops, karaoke, and internet cafe. The new 판교 현대백화점 is also available to visit easily by using the subway. 냉장고에 물품넣어 두실수 있어요. 전자렌지 사용가능 합니다. 간단한 음식 부엌에서 드실수 있지만 직접 요리 하시는건 안되세요. 세탁기,건조기 사용 가능합니다(유료) 최대한 사생활을 존중해 드립니다. 집앞 큰 상가가 많아서 생활하기에 편리합니다 원희캐슬 건물에는 가또 마들렌 용우동 레스토랑 까페등 모든 편의시설이 있어요 성복역 2번출구에는 2019년9월 오픈한 롯데몰이 있어요 집앞에 성복역 가는 버스가 많아요. 성복역에서 강남역까지 27분걸려요~ 1.화장실 사용후 문은 항상 열어두세요. 2.숙박 예약하신 인원수 외에는 숙소 출입이 제한됨을 알려드립니다.
