Into the village of stone-s.ilario

I love this house because it is in the heart of a special village and because it allows you to see the sea from above. This perspective allows us to understand in what a wonderful place we are: on an island where, in addition to the sea, there are marvelous hills, with an uncontaminated fauna and flora. The house is into an ancient village on a hill up Marina di Campo's sea. This location is perfect for all that want live Elba not only by the sea, but also walking trhough narrow paths, wild nature, hillwalkings, discovering the unknown island near Perone and Capanne montains. The flat is big and very bright and looks out onto a terrace very large, where you can have nice dinners under the starry sky . There's a big kitchen connected to the living room that border on a little balcony that overlooks the sea. The light always enter into the livig room and kitchen from french windows. The bathroom is big and has the bath. There's 2 bedrooms ,one doble and one twin. You can park your car in a box. In front of the house there's a little grocer's shop where you can buy the most important things you need to eat, drink and also tipical tuscany cold meat and cheese as pecorino !! Every Sunday "La Bottega di Ge" (This is the name of the shop) organise a lovely aperitivo with typical food of the island. When I am on holiday here I go to the aperitivo every Sunday!! In one minute by feet there's the little square of the village with a bar and a playground for kids. (In the bar it is possible to ask the wifi password) In 8 minutes by car you can arrive to the village Marina di Campo and its beautiful beach, one of the bigger and well equipped of the island. My house is beautiful because is big, bright, and even if you are on a hill you can't forget about the blue see that you can admire every moment from the balcuny! Sant'Ilario is for all the people sporty, cyclists but also for who loves peace and a place where the mass tourism don't come. The whole house will be available and it is possible to park the car in a private parking space. I will be available for everything by mobile and (Hidden by Airbnb) . The little village of S. Ilario is in the hills so it has a very cool climate in the evening. It is in fact necessary to always have a sweater. It is a pristine place with a view of the mountains and the sea where few inhabitants live, so it is possible to live here the "Elban" life, the real one. I love the sea view from the balcony of the kitchen. In the main square there is a Bus stop. Residing in Brescia during the low season I will unfortunately not be present, but I will always be available for any eventuality and need by telephone or via (Hidden by Airbnb) . Although there is no wifi, in the nearby bar of the village it is possible to ask for the password of the line and while sipping a beer, you can easily work on the computer.
