KING-SIZE BEDROOM, 10 MINS WALK FROM THE BEACH

Stay in our lovely newly decorated, sunny, clean, modern warm and very cozy private room with king size bed, forest and sea views and a 10 min walk to the beach and Preston village. Myself and my partner are out and about often so come and go as you please, help yourself to all kitchen, bathroom, utility and pantry facilities. Stay in our King-size private room with TV and WIFI. The kitchen is a large social space with a cosy cushioned dining area which seats 9. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry, utility and downstairs toilet. There is a slabbed courtyard at the front of the house with sea views, seating and a chiminea. You are welcome to have access to the guest room, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen, dining room, utility, pantry and front garden with chiminea. You will be able to email me with any questions you have before and during your stay. We are out of the house quite a lot of the time. On arrival we will give you a front door key so you can come and go as you please, I have also made a guest hand booklet that is filled with useful information. George Road is lovely and quiet and everyone is very friendly. From our house the beautiful Preston beach is a 5 min walk away. The village of Preston has a fabulous Thai restaurant, greengrocers, post office, small supermarket, hairdressers and bank, fish and chip shop and beach bars. The Village of Preston is a 5 min flat walk away, Paignton Town is 15 mins walk and Torquay 25 min walk. There is a bus stop at the end of our road, Paignton train station is a 15 min walk and taxi services around the area are very reliable. Plymouth, Exeter, and The South Hams are all accessible via these means of transport. We have a 5 year old pussy cat called Blue. She is outside during the day, so she should be no trouble to you.
