Simple and comfortable Double Storey house located in the heart of Butterworth Penang.Special design with two separate entrance, upstairs (house owner) and the whole ground floor is reserved for guest use only. Suitable for couples ,business travellers and small group of family. The entire ground floor from living room to kitchen are reserved for Guest use only(Privacy). Entrance to ground floor and upstair is separated, so you can be sure of your own privacy. Only the whole ground floor is for rent. One bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (air-cond) can accommodate 3 persons. Living hall( air-cond) comes with 2 sofa bed. Host is staying upstair. 整个楼下是租给客户，裡面设有一房，一厅和一个厨房. 房間和客厅都有冷气设備. 房間可容纳三个人,客厅有兩个 折叠沙发床. 5 mins drives : Penang Bridge, SP Arena (Banquet Hall & Swimmin(URL HIDDEN)Pool), Pacific Shopping Mall, AEON BIG Hypermarket . 10 mins drives : Sunway Carnival (Shopping Mall), Tesco (Seberang(URL HIDDEN) Jaya),Tapak Expo, Hawker Centre( Chai Leng Park), Wet Market (Chai(URL HIDDEN) (URL HIDDEN)Leng Park), Wet Market(Seberang Jaya)and Mydin Hypermarket. 15 mins drives : Butterworth Main Train Station (KTMB), Bus Terminal, .(URL HIDDEN) Ferry .Terminal, (Bukit Tengah)KTMB Train.
