Designed around indoor and outdoor living, this house offers every indulgence, from a fully-equipped kitchen to three sumptuous bedrooms and an expansive deck with breathtaking views. Beautifully designed to blend harmoniously into its rainforest setting, this house has high raked ceilings and French doors creating a seamless transition from the indoors out. It promotes excellent cross ventilation capturing cool tropical breezes. Open plan living creates plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax. There is plush sofa seating, TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The living area flows to an expansive outdoor deck with plenty of furniture to enjoy an alfresco meal. A fully-equipped kitchen caters to all your holiday cooking with bi-fold windows that open on to nature. It is fitted with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, stove and microwave along with cooking essentials. There are three bedrooms within the home. Two have sumptuous king-sized beds, while the third has a queen-sized bed. Each is topped with hotel quality linens for a good night's sleep. The perfectly presented bathroom has a shower, mirrored vanity and separate toilet. There is a washing machine and iron available to guests. On-site free car parking is available for you during your stay. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! You will be greeted on arrival by one the co-hosts and once you are comfortable in the home, you will be left to enjoy the space. During your stay the Hosts are only a phone call away. Kamerunga is a peaceful residential neighbourhood, 15 minutes' drive from Cairns city centre. This is an excellent base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef, mountain village of Kuranda and the Wet Topics World Heritage Area. In Cairns town there’s excellent cafes and dining, markets and beautiful beaches nearby making it a year-round travel destination. Plus, it’s easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Don’t miss Cairns institution Rusty’s Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the region’s exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts. We recommend a hire car for this home as it is a little out of the way of public transport.
