Furnished, two bed, one bath, upper level of home located in the Minneapolis suburb of Fridley. The Skyscrapers of Downtown Minneapolis can be seen from your bedroom window! Convenient location near the interstate, multiple Fortune 500 companies, grocery and restaurants. Minutes to downtown Minneapolis. Complete with access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, driveway parking space, and completely remodeled bathroom. Message me if interested in longer stays. The home offers a sizeable living room with a big sectional sofa, big screen TV, huge windows and tons of sunlight. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove top, and oven to cover all of your food preparation needs and is fully stocked with flatware, utensils, and cookware. The master bedroom is fully private, with a big closet, chest of drawers, and new king size bed! Bedroom two features a work desk, big closet, and a full size bed that can sleep two! Guests also have access to the newly remodeled bathroom bathroom (pics coming soon!), dining room, living room, and kitchen. Downstairs, you will have access to the washer and dryer where you can do laundry for free. You'll also be allowed 1-2 parking spaces in the driveway if desired. This is my permanent home, and I only rent this configuration while doing my own traveling. A rare opportunity for guests wanting a nice, unique stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the cities, but just a quick trip to the heart of the city. There is a mother-in-law unit in the bottom floor of the home, where either myself or another renter may be present during your stay. It's completely separated from the area you're booking and you'll have all of the living quarters in the listing to yourself. Rental includes two bedrooms (third bedroom remains locked and is not for guest use), access to fully stocked kitchen and kitchen appliances (guests provide their own food), access to living room with basic flat screen TV for entertainment, dining room with desktop computer for basic web surfing, as well as bathroom, laundry, and parking. I live on-site and can be available to help you with anything you may need. In the event that you book the place while I'm traveling, I've got a co-host who is available as needs arise. I've also gone to great lengths to ensure that the set-up of the living quarters is such that visitors and myself need to have no interaction if the guest prefers. Your comfort and privacy are paramount. The home is nestled high atop a hill in the city of Fridley, said to be the highest point in the cities. Please map your business in the cities to its proximity to Fridley, MN 55421 to ensure the location will meet your needs. Though Fridley is technically considered part of Minneapolis, and you can even see the skyline of downtown Minneapolis from the porch of my home, it is roughly 8 miles from city center. Plan accordingly. The dead-end street, surrounded by huge pine trees offers a great feeling of privacy and tranquility, yet the interstate is just around the corner offering convenient travel to anywhere in the metro and northern suburbs. There is a SuperTarget literally across the street where you can stock up on groceries for your stay. World famous, Heights Bakery, lay in walking distance from the home, as does the Central Ave. corridor which hosts some of Minneapolis' most highly regarded dining treasures. There are also several chain restaurants across the street including Starbucks, Chipotle, Noodles and Company, etc. 5 minute walk to the closest bus stop on Central Ave., which is a major transit artery. You can get virtually anywhere you need to go with this stop as your starting point. The Fridley Light Rail station is also nearby. I can sometimes pick up guests from the airport for a nominal fee. The rental best suits small groups who need simple accommodations, and a quiet, comfortable place to sleep and call home base while they tend to their business in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Twin Cities areas. It's not a party house and not suitable for groups of more than 3 people.
