Keribee at Kurmond is able to accept bookings no from 1st June 2022. COVID restrictions must be observed and respected. ‘Your space is a totally private area of the house - there is only one connecting door that is locked’. You have your own key to your private entry via your private wraparound veranda. Your large bedroom is light & airy. The hotel grade bed is queen size ~ OR ~ it easily converts to 2 single beds. ie: the room only accommodates 2 people. TV,AirCon,ElectBlanket,CeilingFan,WiFi, hanging+luggage space. From your room pass by desk+printer for your use, towards your bathroom & separate kitchenette/laundry. Look west across countryside towards the mountains. You are very welcome to wander around the property. Closed in shoes are essential & hat in hot weather. The pool is available only during daylight hours. Apologies we can’t offer horse riding. Guests are met & welcomed on arrival. Parking very close to your entry but not under cover. You enter your area via your private 4m wide wrap around veranda. You have your own key to come and go as you please. Your area is accessed by Debra after a 4 night stay to change sheets & towels. Guests are requested to respect the private signs to the main house area... but it’s only a knock on our door if help is needed ! 'You will be definitely met on arrival and made to feel very welcome!’ There is very rarely a time when someone is not ‘around’ to touch base with. We do enjoy offering help and advice whenever you’d like to ask!!! The property is called "Keribee at Kurmond" and is located in The Foothills of The Blue Mountains & an honest 10 minute drive to beautiful Kurrajong Village offering cafes, restaurants, antiques, fashion, chemist, butcher, grocer, deli, bakery, bottle shop, hairdresser, beautician, hardware, post office... and even a lolly shop!!! The property is an original soldier settlers block, tucked away off a private road offering no street frontage. We're easy access to major function venues & a variety of lovely bush walks. 17 km west is a lovely scenic drive arriving at Bilpin for fruit picking, then further on to Mt Tomah Gardens. Historic Windsor is 19km east. Richmond is 12km east, offering more cafes, restaurants, take away's and a large shopping mall for all your needs & a picture show! International Polo Fields are just down the hill! Hawkesbury Showground and Racecourse between Richmond & Windsor. Nth Richmond 8.5 km east with shopping and takeaways also. BP Kurmond is the closest petrol station, 501 Bells Line of Rd, Kurmond NSW 2757, just 2 km away. Bookings will only be accepted from guests using their car to arrive. In the event of a rare fire emergency evacuation, you MUST be able to drive out of the area promptly. Evacuating by foot ~ or public transport ~ or push bike ~ is not possible. Apologies if the bellbirds get too noisy ;) Please be aware we are on tank water. Limiting your shower to 10 minutes and turning off taps properly is greatly appreciated. Please DO NOT FEED any animals on the property or on neighbouring properties. We’re happy to accept any help in throwing out some hay though !
