Inside my home, you will find a beautiful and convenient set-up with all you need for a comfortable stay. A smart and spacious floor plan flows from the kitchen to the lounge, and out onto the spacious outdoor entertainment area. With natural light streaming throughout the house, prepare to enjoy your afternoons in the comfort of the home, or outside enjoying a few quiet drinks with loved ones outside as the sun goes down. The kitchen boasts everything you would expect in a modern kitchen including Smeg appliances (dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven), microwave and fridge / freezer. A selection of teas, coffee, and essential kitchen basics are provided for your convenience. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. After exploring all the hotspots in Adelaide, unwind and relax in one of two bedrooms. All linen and sheets are professionally cleaned and ironed to ensure the freshest experience during your stay. Bedside lamps which give you a chance to catch up on your latest read and relax in your own domain before falling off to sleep. Servicing the home are two modern bathrooms with fresh towels and essential toiletries provided for each guest. For those here on extended stays, there is also a washer for your use. I guarantee there’ll never be a dull moment here! A set of keys will be provided to my home, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with guests Check-in is via lockbox so you are free to self-check-in after 4 pm at your leisure. I won’t be there to greet you, however, I will provide you with a guidebook with check-in instructions, a house manual and local recommendations of eateries and entertainment. If you need any help or have any questions during your stay, I am more than happy to receive messages and phone calls, however, if I do miss you, please bear in mind that I am living interstate and will get back to you as soon as I can. If there is a problem, Viktor can fix it. Other things to note There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance. Prospect Gallery is known for its contemporary art shows, which include photo and video exhibits, while vibrant murals and eye-catching sculptures are scattered around the neighbourhood. A high frequency bus route provides great access to Adelaide, Adelaide Oval and beyond.
