Cooper DeCasa Ground Floor Retreat

As our guest you will become part of our extended family. Our newly renovated Guest Retreat is located on the ground floor of our home and designed to accommodate couples or families. Our home is centrally located within minutes of the City Centre, new Stadium, Murray Sporting Complex, V8 Track, Civic Theatre, shopping centres, and the Mater Hospital. We look forward to welcoming you when you visit. Whether you are visiting for work or pleasure we look forward to providing local knowledge of the best places to see, favourite places to dine or shop, and great entertainment highlights. Guests have access to the entire downstairs Retreat. As this space is part of our home there are shared use of laundry facilities, the fully equipped office nook, and the pool. As we reside on the premises we will be available if required. We are happy to have you “check in” for a chat or text with any questions. If our schedules permit we may be able to assist with transport to events. Our suburb is centrally located which makes easy access to most of the prominent landmarks in Townsville. There are cafes, restaurants, and a hotel within walking distance. Our house is very close to beautiful walking paths along the river and around the Townsville Golf Club. If you don’t have access to a vehicle during your stay there a 2 local taxi companies who are just a phone call away. The local Sun Busses will take you to most major areas within the city, hospitals, University, ferry terminal, and shopping centres. Our home is located close to bus stops. Spend a day on Magnetic Island via Sunferries or Magnetic Car Ferry. While we have a friendly outside dog, we will ensure she is kept out of your way for the duration of your visit.
