Large three bedroom, clean, tidy house, 10 minutes walk from Gladstone CBD, the Marina and East Shores Precinct. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. Newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet. Guests also have full access to a lounge, full kitchen / dining room and a large rumpus room. Large 3 bedroom house with huge rumpus room. Bedrooms: 1 x large queen bedroom with drawers, large desk and ceiling fan 1 x queen bedroom with drawers, clothes hanging and ceiling fan 1 x double bedroom with wardrobe and ceiling fan 1 x large rumpus room with sofa bed and ceiling fans Newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet. Table Tennis, games, cards, movies and books are all available for guest use. Separate lounge and dining areas. The entire house is available to guests. Due to Airbnb's new COVID safe protocols regarding social distancing and mask-wearing, I will not be meeting guests at the property unless specifically requested. There are printed notes to answer common questions and I live close by if you need anything. Off Street parking for car and boat. A 10 minute walk to the Marina for access to the Great Barrier Reef and Ferries to nearby Curtis, Facing and Heron Islands. A public bus from just around the corner runs during the day Monday to Friday to get you around the city. Uber is now available in Gladstone. As a guest at my house, if I am available, I can pick you up or drop you off anywhere in town, including the airport, train station or the marina. I can accommodate 4 people plus luggage in my vehicle. This can be requested at any time by messaging me directly, and a money request will then be sent to you via the Airbnb website. Airport: $10 City, marina, train station, shopping centre: $8 Please note, I do not have child seats in my vehicle. Alternatively, there are local taxis and Uber. Public transport is limited.
