You have your own front gate, private front garden, lovely south facing verandah, and it's easy and convenient to park outside. Small children are safe with a gate that locks and will enjoy playing in the sand garden. Behind the house is a communal ping pong table for competitive teenagers and adults. Quiet and private behind its picket fence the Beachouse is right in the centreof the action in Montalivet. Montalivet is a lively seaside resort with plenty of amusements and restaurants and a main street closed to cars, so safe for children to cycle and skateboard. They can learn to surf with one of the surf schools, ride along the beach, rent bikes and electric scooters and sample the treetop adventure park all within walking distance.
