Beautiful, modern, quiet self-contained annexe

This beautifully presented annexe is a fully self-contained unit. It comes with a full kitchen, laundry with washer dryer, spacious bedroom, large walk-in shower, split system air-conditioning, wifi, great security, serene setting and a great outlook. This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive. We look forward to welcoming you to stay soon. You will have full, private access to the annexe via a side gate. You will need to walk through our back garden to access the granny flat but we ask that you respect our privacy. Guests have a verandah at the front of the annexe with table and chairs which you are welcome to use. However, we ask that you do not use our back garden or patio area for your own use. We are likely to be around during your stay and would be more than happy to help you with whatever you need, including suggestions of tourist activities around Perth. We have free parking in our driveway. We are 3.5km away from Cockburn train station and there is a bus stop a short walk from the house that takes you straight to the station. The train line can take you North into Perth city (around 12 minutes on the train) or south towards Mandurah.
