Large mod. home, six bedrooms - bed and breakfast

My place is a bed and breakfast home away from home, and is close to the university, city centre, parks, and art and culture, and I'm just across the road from Gabbinbar Homestead (weddings). You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, large wedding groups, and families. I live onsite in a section of the house. I have six bedrooms (4 Queen bedrooms, one with large ensuite, as well as two twin rooms. There is also the option of an extra queen size airbed, if required. Plenty of space for guests in the covered outdoor area, with plenty of seating, as well as use of indoor areas. There are living rooms and a lovely, covered outdoor area with a pool for summer. I will be available to offer help and a substantial, cooked breakfast is included. My neighbourhood is supportive, friendly and helpful and is situated in an up-market area, where we all afford each other the respect they deserve. Parking is available in the driveway, as well as street parking. -
