The property is completely set up with linen, towels and full kitchen. You will not be disappointed The property is a newly built modern family holiday home. Open plan kitchen, living and dining which opens up to the to the outside decking area through the sliding doors. Guests have access to the entire home during their stay Lake Eildon Holiday Rentals & Services manages this property on behalf of the owners - We are here to help during your stay - Please text or message us after hours as our office hours are 9am till 4pm Mon to Fri - 10am till 2pm Saturday and Closed on Sundays Taylor Bay is located about a 10 minute drive from Eildon Town - Properties within this area are either water front or water views This properties driveway is steep - you are unable to tow boats down - There is 3 parts to the driveway - the top area any cars with front wheel drive do not go beyond this point - the second area any cars with all wheel drive and the bottom is accessible by 4WD ONLY - if you drive down and are unable to get your car out - Towing out would be organised by yourself and at your own expense. When this property was built there were strict fire codes when building - There are fire shutters on all windows - please avoid using these. In the event of a fire - You are to evacuate, not stay at the property. The property does not have water access. Please do not to use neighbours driveways down to the water, please just ask us where the best place to go in Taylor Bay is for public swimming and boat launching. There is no WIFI at the property.
