I am Stuart Davis, Kaye's son, and I live 100 yds away from this home and one of our other properties on this same little alley. I am as hands on as I need to be, but I also don't like to bother anyone otherwise. it is a private neighborhood, sits at the end of an alley behind two other Airbnbs of ours (although the middle home has since been sold). we own the 6 acre block from these homes over past what was the Bojangles restaurant. you can get around in a car or by foot.
