Secluded luxurious escape one hour from the CBD
雲九山荘Cloud9 is a modern design two-storey house with 4 large bedrooms suitable for families, friends and retreats. Set on a majestic lawn within 25 acre valley. Completely surrounded by trees, the house is unique, tranquil and secluded. Its truly a hidden gem. You’ll feel like you’re the only people on the planet living on Cloud9. Enjoy the inground pool in summer or fireplace and firepit in the winter. The 9ft snooker table will keep the kids (and the Dad’s) busy while the adults enjoy a long lazy dinner or drinks overlooking the Australian bush. We even have a motocross track (no jumps) so bring your pushbikes for a ride around. There is also a bush walking track on the other side of the creek, from Jack’s motobike track towards Lulu’s Farm then back to the house. It has that rainforest feel. When its raining season, the creek becomes a mini river run through the property towards Hawkesbury River. With 25 acres of land, parking is unlimited...there is a 3 car garage if you prefer to park undercover. We do request guests do NOT park cars on the grass. The long circular drive way can accommodate enough cars for your group. We live 200m up the road and are available if needed, but we don't go near the house otherwise. We will inform you if we need come over clean the pool filter etc. Which does not require enter the house. 5 mins down the road is the StoneHouse Brew Cafe for great coffee or Pizzas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. 2 mins more and you're at the local fish'n'chip shop and Shell service station with essentials. 10mins drive to the Sackville Ferry on the Hawkesbury River. Glenorie is only 20mins drive away for full shopping facilities. Restaurants and bars are within a short drive to Lower Portland and Wiseman's Ferry. I have set up Lulu’s Guidebook on the listing where you can find more info re activities & food. With 25 acres there's plenty of space for you to walk & breath in the fresh forest air. Listen to the birds singing, spotting kangaroos, ducks, lizards come near you. The best time to spot the kangaroos are in the early morning. Look out through your bedroom windows before you get out the house making noises. We have a list of House Rules & a House manuel Hand Book on the reception desk & on our listing page. Please read them & refer to them when you are not sure of the house operation. We will update them online regularly according to government regulation changes & issues we encounter. Pls read them at closer date to your checkin day to ensure updated info is remembered.
