This two bedroom flat is very comfortable and close to the beach - only 2 mins walking distance. Rossano is a safe and quite city which has its centre on top of the hill, bars and amenities in the city - about 5 mins drive away. It is situated a few Km away from Crotone the Ancient Greek city. The flat has been recently renovated it has a little balcony and the neighbourhood is quiet and discrete. Ideal if you want to stop in southern Italy whilst driving to Sicily. Available for long rentals. There is no WiFi in the flat. Full use of kitchen and utensils. Bathrooms with showers and towels. Use of bed linings. Independent access via main gate. Flat is on the first floor. No lift. Plenty of free street parking. I don’t live on the premises but you can contact me any time via phone or email. Very quiet throughout the year. Note the area can get busy during summer peak time - July/August. Car is highly recommended. Trains and buses depart regularly from main station to national and international destinations - Ferrovie dello stato and simet bus, main providers. You can cycle safely along the beach. No Wi-Fi in the flat. Pocket WiFi on request. Electric boiler to plug in. Gas stove. Small electric oven. Big fridge/freezer. Small hairdryer.
