A queen cottage and single cottage, each with their own ensuite are connected by veranda to your kitchen cottage where you can prepare your own meals. Relax with a glass of wine on the deck outside. Electric blankets on all beds. Spare blankets available. All rooms are well insulated, with heaters, so toasty warm when its cold outside. Enjoy a complementary continental breakfast of cereal and toast. Basics such as teas, coffee and milk are provided. Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric kettle, Kitchenware, Oven, Stovetop, Toaster TV, Books and Games Large secure parking area AirBnB area is not shared with any other booking. The AirBnB area is quite separate to the house. No public transport nearby. Feel free to wander in the garden. Join in with a volleyball game or take a chair to read under a tree. Only 5 minutes to cafe, supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. 12 mins to Rangiora and a host of eating places and 25 minutes to Christchurch and airport . Ohoka Farmers Market nearby every Friday morning. Mandeville Sports Centre and Mandeville Village are very close, providing a Supermarket, The Platform Bar/Cafe/Restaurant, Beautician, Elephant Thai, Fish & Chips, Indian and an NPD fuel stop. Woodend, Waikuku and Pegasus beaches are 20 minutes away. Hamner Springs 1.35 hr. Ski fields: Porters 1.15 hr Mount Hutt 1.45 hr North Canterbury and wider is great a region to explore and this would be the perfect base for day trips. Typically for couples we offer the Queen room and Kitchen room. Please let us know if you require both the Queen room and Single room. WIFI is unlimited. Equipment has recently been upgraded, but still occasionally slows down and then comes right again, due to our rural location. Public holidays minimum of 2 nights stay.
