Modern perfectly positioned living space

Private area downstairs in a private home. Light and airy with access to outdoor eating area and pool. There is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. We are a 5 minute walk to the train station (then 13 mins by train to Brisbane CBD). If you are driving, we are 3 mins to the Southern Cross Motorway and the motorway to the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast We have 2 super friendly dogs which we keep out of the way as much as we can but if dogs frighten you - remember we have two. The house is a quiet suburban area - but close to transport and to the Nundah Village shops, eating venues and Aussie style "pubs' for a quitet drink. Bedroom, sitting area and kitchen, plus a BBQ area and outdoor eating area Quiet suburban area but with close access to train, bus and motorways. Also close to shops and other eating/drinking venues in Nundah Village 5 minute walk to the train then 13 mins to the CBD bus also available We have 2 dogs - Mia and Max. They are friendly and will probably just want tummy rubs from you. Still, they are medium size dogs and if you really hate dogs, they may be too much for you. To date, our guest (except 1 who said dogs frightened him) have said the dogs were lovely.
