Aloe Apartment

The apartment has a separate bedroom, kitchen , shower and toilet with a lounge/diningroom that leads out onto the pool area. The apartment is set in a medium-sized indigenous garden in a quiet neighbourhood. There is parking on the property for one vehicle. The television has full DSTV and there is Wi-Fi. The university of KZN, a nature reserve, shops, cinemas, art gallery, museum and various restaurants are all within a 5 km radius. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats who may visit and are very friendly. There are gates that you can close to keep the dogs away from your space. The interior is spacious and comfortable. There are security gates on all external doors. You will have access to the garden and the pool. There is a lovely patio area directly outside the apartment. A braai/barbacue facility is available. The Aloe Apartment is located in Upper Glenwood a suburb of Durban which is very central but is also quiet. There is easily access to freeways and amenities. The university is nearby and the sports fields of the university are across the road. The property has an amazing view of Durban and overlooks the harbour. Glenwood has become quite a Bohemian neighbourhood, with many coffee shops and restaurants. We recommend using Uber or another taxi service to get around. There are Shuttle Services available to the airport that will fetch you from your location.
