This is our 5bhk premium villa with a private plunge pool with a valley view. The property features the following: 1. 5 queen sized Beds. 2. Housekeeping Service. 3. Bbq Grill 4. Toiletries 5. Fridge, Gas & Stove. 6. Parking Space 7. TV & Tatasky. Note: It is an EKO STAY property, hence one can rest assured about the quality and service of the stay. An EKO STAY home has to meet over 100 quality checks in order to be certified. Ideal for families, friends and couples. It is a 5bhk self-catering property with a decent proximity to all restaurants. The villa is comfortable for upto 12-15 guests. We have provision to provide up to 4 extra mattress in case the guests need it. Space Let me walk you through the villa: The villa has ground plus two floors. Bedroom: (There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 1 room on the first floor and 3 rooms on the second floor) - The villa has 5 queen-sized beds and some rooms have an attached balcony - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms - All 5 rooms are air conditioned. Living area: - The living area is well lit with stylish furniture and TV unit. - The living area seats 6 people -Living Room is not air conditioned Bathrooms: - The villa has 5 private bathrooms (one in each room) - Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are not provided. Kitchen: - The villa has a semi- equipped kitchen with a dining set up for 8 people - The kitchen has equipment’s like cooking gas stove, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils and microwave. - Caterer can be arranged if informed atleast 2 days prior. Indoor Pool - It has a 10x10 ft plunge pool. Depth of pool is 3ft. Entertainment: - The villa has a carrom board and music system for your entertainment. - Barbeque can be arranged with an advance notice at an additional cost. House Rules - No loud music post 10 PM - Possession and consumption of illegal substance is strictly prohibited - Pool is not accessible due to covid guidelines. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire villa, including all rooms and lawn. This villa offers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort with its mountain facing views. Private rooms with complete privacy are guaranteed to ensure that the guests have a memorable stay. Guest interaction The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. Getting around A private vehicle is preferable. The villa is located in Nandanwar Society in (Website hidden by Airbnb) can explore a lot of tourist options near the property such as Sydney Point, Parsi Point and Table Land. Nearby Eateries that can be visited are Ravine Hotel, Delhi Darbar, Mapro Garden, Bagicha and a few other locals. I may not be available at the property, however, my caretaker will be available at the property. he property is located on Panchgani- Mahableshwar road in Nandarwar society. Mahabaleshwar/Panchgani is the largest hill-station of Maharashtra, Mahabaleshwar is a hill station in India's forested Western Ghats range, south of Mumbai. It features several elevated viewing points, such as Arthur’s Seat. West of here is centuries-old Pratapgad Fort, perched atop a mountain spur. East, Lingmala Waterfall tumbles off a sheer cliff. Colorful boats dot Venna Lake, while 5 rivers meet at Panch Ganga Temple to the north. This area is world famous for its natural beauty, Health regenerating weather and the world famous schools. Another thing that is synonymus with this area are the famous strawberries, mulberries and various such fruit Being a very commercial station there are multiple restaurants in Mahabaleshwar. A private vehicle would be preferred. - The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests only - Guest can park upto 3-4 cars in the premises - Caretaker will be staying outside the villa premises and providing you with complete privacy. Caretaker will only be available on call. - Driver accommodation is not available - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there in the stay - A refundable security deposit of INR 5000 will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to and there are no damages in the property.
