Vacation house for 7 people

Relax and experience nature in the beautiful Eifel in a newly renovated vacation home for 7 people. This is the birthplace of my mother. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a storage room, 2 bathrooms, a living room, 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds as well as 1 bedroom with a single bed. All furniture is brand new and cozy. In front of the house there’s a yard and garden. The house is fully equipped with TV, parlor games, books (German only), movies, cd’s etc. There's underfloor heating in the ground floor which makes it super cozy in winter and during summer theres a Barbecue grill outside. Behind the house is a forest with plenty of beautiful hiking-trails to be explored. The village Weinsheim is quiet, peaceful and remote. However, within 10min driving you can reach the town of Prüm, where you’ll find plenty of shopping opportunities, a few restaurants, a cinema, public swimming-pool and a beautiful church which is worth a visit. During summer you can reach a fantastic swimming lake (ca. 20mins driving) while during winter there’s sking opportunities close by (20mins driving as well). To get to the house you’ll need to be in your private car, as public transport doesn’t really exist. There’s parking right on the property. I’m living in Cologne so you’ll have the place fully to yourself. In case of questions I’ll be reachable by phone for you anytime and in case of any emergency you can also turn friends in the village for help. The place is fully equipped.
