Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. Palm Cottage is spacious with large sliding doors overlooking the garden. Open them wide to enjoy the outlook and fresh air. Rathmines had the largest RAAF flying boat base in the southern hemisphere during WWII. Wander along the footpath (approx 2km) that follows the waterfront and you will see some of the original buildings and relics from the era. Enjoy a drink at Rathmines Bowling Club while checking out the photos of the flying boats.
