We offer a newly built 2 bedroom fully self contained lodge on a farm with a private entrance. Only 3.5 minutes into the township of Broadford, it’s The perfect getaway for small group weekenders with the state Motorbike track nearby, an 18 hole golf course in town, access to the Tallarook ranges, or just relax and unwind in the country air. Also great for a quick overnight stay for work offering a quick 2.5 min drive onto the Hume freeway just 55 minutes from Melbourne CBD and 45 Mins Airport A fully equipped kitchen is sure to making cooking easy. A coffee pod machine for the coffee lover is provided to enjoy your morning coffee amongst the (Hidden by Airbnb) s on the tiled deck. If coffee isn’t your thing be sure to enjoy a relaxing spa bath at the end of the day. Being in the country our mobile phone service is poor so we have provided free WiFi and a landline for incoming and local calls to stay connected with your loved ones. Bedding- Main bedroom has the option of a king bed or 2 single beds. Second bedroom also has a king bed with the option of 2 single beds and a king single bunk. Both rooms have flat screen TV’s and split systems. PLEASE NOTE** NEW COVID requirements are - drivers licence for all guests staying must be sent via email or text prior to your stay. These premises are tested for methamphetamemes. Guests have access to the entire place with self check in. You will find a key lock box on the veranda and a code will be given to you via text. Please be aware if beds are messed or slept in that are not booked you will be charged at the bed rate of $40. Base PRICE IS TWIN SHARE, so 2 people sharing a king bed. If you need separate beds please adjust the booking to add an extra person. This is a private property. There are strictly no motorbikes to be ridden on the property at all, no walking in paddocks as we are a farm and have animals that could cause harm if mistreated, we also ask that you please do not feed the animals whilst on your stay. If you have a pet that you’d like to bring it will need to be approved first before booking. We also have v-line train service from Broadford that will get you directly to Melbourne southern cross station in 1 hour. WIFI- On arrival you can connect to our WiFi if you have bad phone service. WiFi password will be listed at the entry. Please note we are in the country so telstra is the only service you’ll get 1-2 bars....and the WiFi is unfortunately slow. A good service spot is outside near the sheering shed or rested on the bathroom window for 2 bars of 4g. Or if course in town you’ll have full service. We do have a landline inside the lodge for emergencies.
