Evergreen House~~swimming pool~~heated spa~~sauna

Our Evergreen house is a very spacious and unique home with beautiful rustic and handcrafted features throughout,located centrally in the middle of Bilpin and where you can enjoy the salt water swimming pool and spa with friends and family or sit and unwind under the stars at night by the fire pit, there are many activities to enjoy and relax at our home. Short drive to local market and pick your own produce or restaurants wedding venues and botanical gardens. Our evergreen house is warm and inviting and definitely one of a kind there are 4 bedrooms 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms one including a large bath where you can relax and unwind also in the house is a main guest bathroom including another bath tub to enjoy ,the kitchen is large and modern including dishwasher and gas cook top with all the appliances one could need. Provided in the kitchen are cereals milk tea coffee sugar, their is plenty of space where you can prepare your meals on the beautiful ironbark kitchen island. Adjoining the kitchen is also the wonderful dining room not forgetting outdoor alfresco areas where you may just want to enjoy that webber bbq whilst taking in the fresh mountain air amongst the historic evergreen garden. Our evergreen house has many spacious areas one being a media room where you can watch foxtel movies on the 82inch television there is also internet access and working space in the household. You may want to relax and read one of our books in the cozy lounge room with the combustion fireplace there also is the large games room where family and friends can enjoy time together. This room has a full sized herion and smith billiard pool table plus a bar, jukebox, boardgames etc, offset from the games room you can relax in the decadent sauna. There is ducted air condition throughout with undercover car parking for up to 6 cars with level outdoor grounds and an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the nights or have a swim and just relax by the pool and spa will ensure you with a memorable stay. On the property there is 1 Friendly well behaved dog. Which has its own area to stay that way they don't interact with our guests. If you don't mind friendly dogs feel free to leave them out as some guest like to enjoy there company. If you have important questions during your stay you may contact us by mobile or text during business hours or in case of emergency may contact after hours via mobile or via text giving your name and contact details and the issue so we can act on it before coming back to you We have beautiful restaurants and cafes such as the Grumpy baker just a short drive from our Evergreen house or walking distance if you like, there is also the local market with a lovely nearby park as well as local orchards where you can pick your own fruit just a short walk from our evergreen house. there is the grumpy baker, Bilpin cider seller door, and a IGA supermarket just 10 minutes down the road a with a lovely indian restaurant next door, also just up from the IGA is the Archibald hotel restaurant which has courtesy bus to take you back and forth.We have fantastic cafes just a 10km drive up the road from our evergreen house, Mt Tomah botanical gardens & restaurant also in the area is the Wildwoods cafe they have a wonderful gift shop and nursery, surrounded in the area are beautiful wedding venues like the bilpin resort and chapel hill Courtesy bus available from the Archibald hotel and restaurant, have your own transport for other needs enjoy the beautiful drive to Mt torah gardens and Mt Wilson to see some amazing gardens. We only allow 8 guests in total in the house no other visitors AT ALL, unless Discussed and pre-approved
