Happy Cottage is privately owned by Gill & John Garratt. The facilities, including splash pool, steam room, gym, tennis courts, cafe & bar, are free to use for our guests but not managed by us. There are seasonal fluctuations in availability. You will have your own allocated parking space and other spaces can be available. There are 3 beaches within 5 & 7 mins drive. We advise to have a car. There is an hourly bus in high season to Falmouth and Maenporth Beach. 15 minute walk to Maenporth Beach or Swanpool Beach, 20 minute walk into Falmouth. Taxi takes about 5 mins to Falmouth or Station. The cottage is one in a cluster of 4 and a development of other cottages. It is situated in the award winning gardens of Pendra Loweth. A dog is allowed with prior consultation with the cottage owner.
