"The house was absolutely amazing and we didn’t want to leave! If you think the photos of this house look good just wait until you walk in the door and your jaw drops from how much better it actually is in person. The styling is amazing and comfortable. The hosts were very quick to respond and lovely to chat to and were very accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing by providing a welcome afternoon tea as well as your basic staples for breakfast and some snacks provided as well as teas and coffees. Please note that parties and events are not allowed when booking through AirBnB due to a change in AirBnB policy introduced 20 August 2020 per below notice to hosts; "Note: As of 20 August 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings, including a cap on occupancy at 16. This party ban applies to all future bookings on Airbnb, and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice". (While the cap on AirBnB is 16, it is important to understand our cap is 12 maximum to stay with bedding capacity). This is a full house property with access to all rooms except storage rooms and garden shed which will be locked. There is a large secured double garage which comfortably fits 2 cars, and space for two cars in the driveway. It is recommended to park within the property as the court has limited parking space. Please do not park over or in close proximity neighbors driveways. Your hosts live locally and are available for anything you may require In a quiet court location, central south Shepparton only two blocks from the main highway and close to Coles and Plaza, Liquor land, Bakers Delight, Chemist Warehouse, Butchers etc, McDonalds & KFC! As this is a residential house within a well established estate, our house rules provide for respect for our neighbors, we are sure you will understand and appreciate the quiet tranquility of this house and location. Supermarkets and fast food are within easy walking distance. Buses are able to be used within the bus timetables within close proximity. We have a secured rear yard for your family pooch, and the river tracks are ideal for those walks, with a large plaza and coffee shops within 10 minutes of river track walking. We have a high chair, and also a stairs gate available for the safety of toddlers. The landscape designed gardens are a true feature of our home. Certain times of the year, and indeed certain weather conditions, may have leaves blown across the front and back yard. We take good care of the property however cannot control some aspects of mother nature. A blower-vac is left handy for anyone wanting the clear these leaves, we would welcome the assistance :). Sprinkler systems are set for 2-4am, we trust everyone is tucked up in bed by then but for those that like midnight plus stargazing ... beware! Our hose rules will also require a stop to table tennis activity and loud music from 10pm weekdays and 11 pm weekends. Our neighbors bedrooms are close and the alfresco area echo's, a bit of shhhhh in outside areas after these times is appreciated. IMPORTANT NOTE ON PARKING: Please DO NOT park vehicles over or in close proximity to neighbours driveways on the court. Apologies for some tight rules, unfortunately past experience now requires we have these rules in place (we do like to stay friends with our great neighbors!!)
