Our green, pleasant and simple private house is ideally located, in a quiet and central area, only steps away from the main road. The house is surrounded by mango and guava trees and offers an intimate balcony as well as an upper terrace from where you can start a peaceful day or lie down after your exciting sightseeing. Comfortable and furnished common areas with Laundry facilities as well as drying clothes space, parking and safe play area for children, on request- access to the kitchen would be provided. Homely vegetarian food & High-quality Internet connection will be available. Natural Hut and common areas like balcony ,garden,parking can be accessed by guests. My father and mother manage this property and I will be available in weekends. Munnar hills is situated at an altitude of 5000 to 8000 Ft above sea level. and is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Muthirapuzha, Nallathanni & Kundala. This beautiful hill station was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India. Sprawling Tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, and holiday facilities make this a popular resort town. Munnar also has the highest peak in South India - Anamudi , which towers over 2695 m. Anamudi is an ideal spot for trekking. The high ranges of Munnar were earlier known as Kannan Devan Hills,named after a certain Kannan Devan,who had been land lord in the Enchanted Valley on the eastern side of the district. The main cultivation crops in Munnar are Tea and Coffee. We can provide your local travel requirements on request and even a guide for your complete trip.
