COVID VACCINE PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS STAY. Our accommodation is peaceful, quiet, roomy and private. Although sea views are not visible from your rooms, we are very close to the beach. You can enjoy your breakfast upstairs in our conservatory with lovely views of the Firth of Thames. Our place is a good base for exploring the Coromandel Peninsula with day trips in easy reach to the north, south, east and west. Only one hour 30 minutes from Auckland Airport, Hamilton and Tauranga. A separate front door to the lounge/dining area with TV and DVD player, settee, table and two chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric jug plus a selection of books and DVD's. The large bedroom has a queen bed, antique dresser and wardrobe and two easy chairs. A separate private bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. All linen and toiletries are provided. Free wifi provided. Guests have access to the above and have the option of enjoying their continental breakfast in the privacy of their room or upstairs in our conservatory with views over the Firth of Thames. We are happy to help guests enjoy their stay with us. We are a very popular overnight stay for those day tramping to the Pinnacles. We are very close to the Kuranui Bay/Shortland Wharf walkway which joins up with the Hauraki Rail Trail. Approximately 1 kilometer to the main shopping area, Pak N Save and the Warehouse. There are many excellent cafes in the area. Close to the heritage gold mine and Museums. We are happy to collect/deliver guests to/from the bus depot. There are two bus stops within 100 meters of our place that have regular weekday service into the main shopping area and hospital. Private off street parking is available.
