The available room is the larger room (good for couple) share with the roommate (me) .minimum stay is one week. Amazing location on Wellington street in Central, a neighborhood known for an appealing mix of old and new; you'll find traditional restaurants and outdoor markets on the same streets as diverse dining, art galleries, shopping and nightlife. Just 5 mins walk to Sheung Wan MTR. The building is located on a quiet side street (Across the street from Lan Kwai Fong Hotel )so you will be in the heart of Hong Kong, without feeling the tightness of the concrete jungle. As is true for many of the older buildings in the city this is a walk up building and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Share the Spacious living room with a wall of windows and a great open view. The bed room has double bed and dresser. Good for couple or single , you will be sharing the living space with me : ) Cable TV, wifi in the unit and AC in all rooms. Washer will be ready in March.
