Countryside Home with Garden Access

1 bedroom with a very comfortable big bed and sofa bed, and your own access to the shared garden which has fire pit and a place to eat. Additionally, you have access your own kitchen and shared bathroom. 10 min drive and you are at the beautiful lake Attersee (Seewalchen), in the city of Vöcklabruck, or the A1 highway between Salzburg and Linz. It is an old house that is getting renovated, so there are some lovely wear and tears. The common spaces are shared with family members and guests. Your own access to the garden where you have access to a fire pit and a place to sit and eat. Small bathroom is shared with another bedroom that is getting rented out (up to 3 other guests will share it with you). In case there is a time that you must use in the bathroom, please let us know and we will let the other guests know about it. Your own bedroom, your own kitchen, the shared chiller room where you can find a map and put a pin on where you are from, shared bathroom, shared wardrobe, and access to the shared garden, but only to the front part. The back part, we are working on fixing it up, so there is a restriction to not go there. Whenever you need us, just let us know, we will be happy to help :) Quiet, safe, and small neighborhood. We are on the countryside. 10 min away from the highway A1 (between Linz and Salzburg). We are 10 min away from lake Attersee and city Vöcklabruck. It is not recommended to choose this place unless you have your own car, rent a car, pay a lot for taxis, or bringing your own bike Closest bus station is 2.3km and the next train station is 5km away. Highway A1 is around 10min away. It is a MUST to fill out the registration form when arriving, as well to show us proof, that you are allowed to travel regarding whatever corona restriction apply at the moment. Bathroom is not connected to the rooms, have to walk through an aisle to get there. Also the bathroom is shared with another guestroom (up to 3 other guests).
