Our instant Hotel is 450 sq meters in size with 4 large bedrooms en suite to main +separate powder room with toilet and very large main bathroom Ducted air conditioning very large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher outdoor area has a swimming pool with glass fencing a separate BBQ area with established Gardens and the property has an elevated position of 44 meters above sea level therefore the view is absolutely Magnificent Fully equipped Kitchen with Air fryer and Dishwasher beautiful outdoors space next to the pool +BBQ area with an established garden all bedrooms are very roomy + 2 lounge room areas that both have access to Foxtel the house also has ducted air conditioning that you can use I zone with BUT the No 1 aspect of this home is the spectacular 180 degree views from Perth to Mandurah as we are at 44 ASL the highest point in the Mandurah Rockingham area with the lookout straight behind the house hope you love this as much as I do You may access Foxtel but please keep track if you do purchase a movie or 2 so you may reimburse me enjoy Please note the laundry is locked as we have cleaning and personal belongings in there but just let me know if you need access I can arrange no problem Bruno's Pizza at singleton is very good value for money you can swim with the Dolphins at WILD Encounters Penguin Road Rockingham we are only 10 minutes from Mandurah Foreshore lots of Restaurants and Reading cinemas and Mandurah Preforming arts Centre lots to do Please also note all wardrobes are locked as they have our personal belongings in them but I have provided wardrobe stand so you can hang your close I do apologise for the inconvenience but we live between 2 properties so makes life a little easier for us
