Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside with all their restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the new pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. Rivervilla 1038 has its own private driveway and car parking undercover, your own private access and keys, your own outdoor area. You can be totally autonomous come and go as you please, keys are in a combination locked box on site so you simply pull up in the driveway and let yourself in. The unit is very well equipped with all the amenities you need. Security screens to all openings. Now comes with free Netflix and 4K android multi media player This is not a shared space with the owner or any other person. There are no common spaces; your driveway, car park, outdoor areas and entry are for your own private use. There are 5 stairs up from carpark to your unit. Your host Kelvin is available should you have any questions with a lot of information in the handbook like food delivery services, things nearby to see and do, services nearby like doctors and hospitals. Dohles rocks is a little village of 20 houses on one small part of the road that fronts the pine river there is the major boat ramp on the corner and 3 others as you go down the road one directly opposite rivervilla. It is popular with Boaties, kayak's, fisherman and nature lovers. Osprey house is within walking distance and when nesting they have a camera where you can watch the chicks, hatch and grow. A boardwalk along the river explains some of the trees, migratory birds and animals. About 60m up from the cafe is the lagoon and a hide where you can watch birds. Further up back towards the main town of griffin there is a koala sanctuary which contains many species of wallabies, echidna s and many other species. You can park up to 3 cars (one undercover) two others behind in your driveway which has its own 1800 high gated lockup. The airport is 18klm away depending on Traffic this can take 25-45 minutes. Electric rail is close by with two stations Murrumba Downs and Kallangur. Uber and taxis available at the door. While smoking is not allowed inside a private table, ashtray and chair is provided for a quiet smoke should you desire. Please empty ashtray in bin prior to leaving. A fishing rod and reel is available on the back deck and bait is available at the Rocks cafe 220m down the road. There is good fishing off the pontoon or off the actual Dohles rocks just further down.
