There is a delightful outlook through expansive North facing windows to the adjacent reserve, with superb views across to the Brindabellas. This view can also be enjoyed from the spacious deck. There is access to walking trails and shops from the peaceful end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen overlooks the private courtyard and is well equipped to support self-catering. It includes two microwave ovens, a convection oven and a dishwasher. The sitting area adjoins a large study suitable as a home office for a professional and unlimited NBN WiFi is included in the tariff. Laundry facilities are included with one of the bathrooms doubling as a laundry which includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. Solar drying is also available. Year round comfort is assured by in-slab-heating for winter warmth with reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling. Comfortable house all yours. (The garage is shared in the sense that we have a few things stored in there, not included in the rental.) The local Coles supermarket, pharmacy, post office and coffee shop is an easy 20-minute walk, or 5 minutes by car away. Westfield Woden is also close by and provides a gateway to Canberra by public transport.
