THE PRICE PER DAY IS FOR EACH BEDROOM OF THE 2 BEDROOM APT. The Drawing room, Kitchen and Terrace are common amenities for both bedroom guests. Upmarket Bungalow colony in the heart of Aundh/Baner. Lots of greenery, sunny and peaceful locality. This is the higher apartment in a large bungalow, located in Varsha park ( one of Pune's most exclusive bungalow colonies). Minutes away from IT Park, Hinjewadi and the Mumbai Expressway. Restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, from snacks to Fine Dining. Rooms are spacious and the apartment includes a massive drawing room, huge , well equipped kitchen, walk-in wardrobes and a cute terrace. The entire apartment on the 1st floor of the bungalow is accessible to the guests. The living room, the Kitchen, the terrace are all common amenities accessible to the guests in both bedrooms. We are an ex-Air force couple living in the lower half of this bungalow. We will be available for any guidance, suggestions , advice for our guests. Our neighborhood is in a quiet, peaceful locality,actually our's is a bunglow soc., there is a lot of greenery around.Mainly the residents are senior citizens, so loud music, parties,are not the scene.Being a spacious house, there is a feeling of openness, especially with the terrace. Main Baner Road is a 1 minute walk , where you can take buses, rickshaws to your destination. We can also recommend car rentals/cabs. There are plenty of eating places around.There are 3 places opposite, you have to cross the road, one is at the mouth of the entrance, & one is just next to the compound wall.The railway station is about 4/5 kms(Shivaji Nagar) n Pune Stn will be approx.6/7 kms away.The airport would be approx. 15kms.Many malls, eating places are available within a radius of 1/2 kms.
