Please advise at the time of booking if the sofa bed is required. Note that this space is not available for children. We cover all Airbnb fees. The price you pay is the total. We are offering a self contained one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, ensuite bathroom and private laundry. The accommodation is part of a large modern family home however the flat is completely separate and guests will enjoy complete privacy. A private covered outdoor deck is offered to guests to use during their stay. This is a very peaceful and comfortable setting in a fantastic location. Space: 35 m2 living & kitchen 18 m2 bed & shower 25 m2 outdoor deck The accommodation is 1.6km from Chatswood Train station which is an easy walk however regular buses are also available to take you up the road if needed. If you have your own car, free on street parking is readily available. We are welcoming international as well as local guests and you are invited to make this your home whilst you are in Sydney. There is parking available in a very quiet street surrounded by native Australian bush. We are usually flexible with check-in and check-out times however this needs to be arranged in advance. Chatswood is 10km north of the Sydney CBD Transport to the city is convenient and regular. We are only 15km to Sydney Olympic Park. Free bus transport is available for special events to Olympic Park from a stop 400m from the front door. There are many scenic bush walk tracks to enjoy nearby. Lane Cove park is less than 2km from the front door. Lowanna Park with playground is just round the corner. Very close to public transport making the trip into the CBD very easy. Bus 259 route is nearby and runs frequently to Chatswood. We recommend the trip view app. Or if you prefer it's 15 to 20 minutes walk to Chatswood station. Free and convenient on-street parking is available. Access to the Chatswood Rail to River bushland track from our street. You will need to carry your luggage down two sets stairs to access the accommodation. This property is not suitable for guests will accessibility issues or very young children.
