A lovely apartment in stunning position overlooking Folly Bridge and the river Thames. Open plan sitting room, dining room, study with dual aspect, very light spacious. Double bedroom overlooking the river. Fully furnished and equipped. Once a booking is confirmed, we will send you details relating to your Key collection from our office in St Clements. You can check in to your property after 3pm. Keys can be collected between the hours of: Monday - Thursday -3-6pm Friday 3- 4:30pm Saturday 12-3pm If arriving/departing outside of these times or on a Sunday or public holiday, there are additional check in/out charges of £25 per hour before 8pm which will cover our personal time to meet you at the property. If you will be arriving after 8pm, additional charges are levied. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are a local Short Let Agent based at the St Clements office, just a short walk away from the City Centre. We are on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we are on hand and available when needed. Bookings over 1 week will receive a complimentary weekly linen change carried out by our housekeeping team, we will inform you of the scheduled day that this will take place. An additional housekeeping service can be arranged upon request. The apartment is situated minutes walk from the centre of Oxford with the mainline station also within easy reach. For those needing to commute to London you are able to walk to the station with regular train links to London Paddington in c.45 minutes. There is now a Tesco Metro within a couple of minutes walk and Oxford City Centre slightly further away offering a range of more comprehensive amenities. Folly Bridge is a historical stone bridge erected in 1825 , in the centre of Oxford over the River Thames. The bridge is in two parts separated by an island. The area known as Folly Bridge is just a short walk to the breath taking Christ Church College, the staircase of which is increasingly photographed by visitors after featuring in the Harry Potter films! The Ashmolean and Pitt Rivers are two museums which can be visited and are again within walking distance. From Folly Bridge you can walk to the centre of Oxford where you can join walking tours of the city, can visit the historical covered market or take a stroll along the canal to other quaint and quirky suburbs such as Jericho or Osney Island. Folly Bridge joins the Abingdon Road to the South of the City which houses the suburbs of Grandpont and New Hinksey. Located on Folly Bridge is the Folly Restaurant which serves modern British Cuisine on the bank of the River Thames. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request for an additional charge subject to availability.
