Klewarra House is a modern 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home located minutes from James Cook University and the Townsville Hospital. Fully self-contained and air-conditioned throughout. The living area is open plan and spacious four bedrooms are located down a hallway and the 5th bedroom is at the front of the house near the lounge area. The outdoor patio is just off the living area and has a BBQ and 8 seater table, the yard is fully fenced for any fur babies or little ones. Our house if located near the Townsville Hospital and James Cook University. It is spacious and fully air-conditioned, also boasts two living areas. It sleeps 8 people in existing bedding we can easily add 2 more beds if required. Our king size beds can be split into 2 singles if they are required. Guests will have access to the whole house and yard. I will attempt to call in and meet each guest on arrival or shortly afterward. I am always available via phone if required. Riverside Ridge is a quiet suburb conveniently located near the hospital and university also in close proximity to the on ramp for the ring road, giving you quick access to north or south of the city. You can walk, or drive to Riverside Tavern, Mocca Mecca Cafe, and the many walkways around the river or near park lands and playgrounds. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle in this location. There is a Sunbus that stops on the main road nearby but it has limited times on the weekends.
