Comfortable double room, leadlight windows, modern beautiful bathroom, shower only, in an air conditioned home, access to all kitchen facilities, verandah outside (Website hidden by Airbnb) on 1/4 acre block, lovely gardens, quiet neighbours,enjoy the sunny deck too. 30minutes from wineries, 30minutes from Newcastle Private room, share kitchen & bathroom, there are two showers, share lounge room. As much as they like, there are two verandahs so there is room for privacy. I also teach LEADLIGHT classes so there may be days when they are operating, guests are welcome to come and see what's happening there. Usually very quiet with lovely neighbours.
