Welcome to Springfield Park Country Estate. Looking for peace, quiet and tranquility? Come and stay at our beautiful retreat, set amongst 20 acres in the quiet hamlet of Springfield, just outside the historic town of Lancefield. In Lancefield you will find fantastic wineries and restaurants, a country pub, providore, bakery, cafe, corner store and bookstore, among other establishments. With three large living rooms, two dining areas, a big kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is the perfect place for a getaway for one or more families. The kids will love playing boardgames and watching DVDs, and adults can keep entertained with a pool table and table tennis table. Our TVs have the ability to hook up your streaming service via (Hidden by Airbnb) Chrome or Telstra TV. Our swimming pool is operational between October and March each year. Please note that we do not have a spa. Both my partner and I will be available by phone and email prior to your stay to answer questions about your booking and during your stay, to make sure that everything goes smoothly. This is our special little part of the world. Our favourite things to do are to visit the local wineries (try one of my famous 'winetineraries'), have a long lunch at the Lancefield Pub, grab a pie at the Lancefield Bakery or a Vanilla Slice at the General Store, and visit Hanging Rock, all within a short drive. Transport around the area is by car only. The nearest train station is Kilmore East, on the Seymour line, around 15 minutes drive away. Clarkfield Station, on the Bendigo line, is around 23 minutes drive away. Lancefield, 7 minutes drive away, is serviced by buses. Springfield Park Country Estate is ideal accommodation for events and weddings being held at Lancemore Macedon Ranges (formerly Spring Hill Estate), Cleveland Winery, Glen Erin Estate and Hanging Rock, as well as many other event spaces throughout the Macedon Ranges / Mitchell Shire. We aim to provide 5 star homely accomodation in a rural farm environment with excellent amenity and character. If you are seeking hotel / city style accomodation this property might not be a good fit for you.
