La Meridiana - Country Villa by Lucca & Viareggio

La Meridiana is a private villa with great views between the art and culture of Lucca and the beaches of Viareggio. You will love it for the peaceful location and vicinity to lovely towns. Comfortable for families with children, groups and animals. Price includes electricity and water consumption. This 200 year old farm house has been completely restructured and refurbished to maintain it's rustic charm. It's spacious and comfortable for families and groups. The garden is well kept and a lovely place to relax and enjoy your holiday. It is completely fenced in with a gate that locks. Last year, we made some major improvements by installing the pool, wifi, and air conditioning! We are currently working hard to update the furnishings and mattresses to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Parking available for at least two cars. Washing machine, dishwasher and fully functional kitchen. While you're cooking, try our olive oil made from the olive grove in front of the house. You will have exclusive access to the house inside and out, garden, pool, and parking spaces. We will be there to welcome you, show you around the house and answer any questions you have. You will have my contact information in case you need help during your stay or would like a recommendation. Otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your vacation in privacy. The area is quite and peaceful. There are hiking trails nearby and olive groves, also a great area for cycling. The beach is about a 20-minute drive. Massarosa is just down the hill; you can find a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, gelato... Miglianello is also a short drive from Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa. Within walking distance (about 20 minutes on a steep hill) you can find a restaurant, cafe, ice cream shop, laundry service, small grocery store and bakery. In the center of Massarosa (another 10 minutes on foot) there is also a pharmacy, some shops and a bank. You will need a car to reach the supermarket and most of your other destinations. It is a great area for cycling and mountain biking and hiking.
