Beach-front Design Holiday house

Beach-front holiday house with beautiful interior. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a great beach holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with ocean views and direct access to the deck. The third bedroom is a bunk room with 4 full sized single beds. The house also features 2 modern bathrooms, a warm outdoor shower, a small TV room and a great kitchen. It is furnished to a high standard, fully insulated, double glazed and has a wood burner for colder days. Have breakfast on the deck, eat dinner on the big oak table, or just sit on the window seat and enjoy the view. If there are any problems/questions during your stay all contact phone numbers and email addresses are located in a folder within the beach house. Parapara is a safe swimming beach. Go swimming, kayaking or go for a walk in nearby Milnthorpe park. It is also only a short drive to Collingwood and the Aorere Valley. Or head to the Mussel Inn for great food and music. Explore beautiful Golden Bay, with its great scenery, walks, cafes and artists and relax in the Beach house and at the beach right in front of you. Maximum is 6 guests. Please ensure not to exceed the number of people you booked, unless arranged before arrival. We reserve the right to end the tenancy without notice or refund if the maximum number of tenants allowed is exceeded. Please note the house has an open deck and staircase with direct access to the beach and is not suitable for young children. Please enquire if you have children under 5. Thank you.
